Can employees edit their signature?
Not the design: the brand guidelines are locked. In their personal space, they fill in whatever you allow, such as their photo, mobile number or social links.
How long does it take to get started?
An administrator can go from sign-up to their own deployed signature in under 10 minutes, thanks to the 4-step setup wizard.
Do we need to install anything?
For Gmail, nothing: the signature is written directly. For Outlook, your administrator deploys the Brandesk add-in once from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
What happens when an employee leaves?
They are automatically deactivated everywhere: signature, digital card and NFC card.
