Your whole company's Gmail signature, with nothing to install
Brandesk connects to Google Workspace, writes each employee's signature directly in Gmail, aliases included, and updates it whenever the directory changes.
- No credit card required
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- GDPR compliant
Written directly in Gmail
No extension, no copy-paste: Brandesk writes the signature into each employee's Gmail settings.
- Nothing for the employee to install or configure.
- Every verified send-as address gets the signature, aliases included.
- Publishing a new version automatically redeploys the affected signatures.
- Campaign banners appear and disappear on the scheduled dates.
Synced with Google Workspace
Each employee's profile comes from your Google directory: their signature follows their changes.
- Synced every hour, and on demand.
- Users, groups and photos imported automatically.
- Scope can be limited to an organizational unit if you wish.
- A suspended or archived user is deactivated everywhere in Brandesk.
- No key to provide: a super admin authorizes Brandesk from the Google Admin console.
Rules, languages and campaigns
The full power of the Brandesk editor applies to Gmail.
- Locked brand guidelines, block editor, six templates to get started.
- Assignment rules by department, subsidiary, country, language or group.
- Signature in the employee's language; their other languages are available in their personal space.
- Scheduled campaign banners and A/B testing.
Good to know
Gmail only accepts one signature per address.
