How it works

Each card has a permanent code, written to its chip once and for all.

  • The chip is never rewritten: it points to Brandesk, which redirects to the cardholder's digital card.
  • The digital card updates with the employee's profile, so the NFC card never goes out of date.
  • On the back, a QR code leads to the same profile, for phones without NFC.

Reassignable, deactivatable, never lost

  • Reassign a card to another employee, without reprinting it.
  • Deactivate it or report it lost at any time.
  • A card that is deactivated, lost or whose holder has left leads to a neutral page in your company's name.
  • Full inventory: cards in stock, assigned, deactivated or lost.

You order your cards without leaving Brandesk.

  • Named cards or blank cards for your stock, up to 500 per order.
  • Print proof generated automatically from your brand: branded front with logo, name and job title; back with QR code. Credit card format (85.6 × 54 mm).
  • You approve the proof; the order is then sent to our partner printer.
  • Self-activation by employees: they scan a blank card and log in to link it to their profile.
  • €19 excl. VAT per card, added to your next subscription invoice.

Measure your exchanges

NFC scans are counted in Brandesk analytics, along with QR scans, views and contacts added. No third-party cookies, anonymized IP addresses.

Do you need an app to read the card?

No: an NFC-enabled phone opens the digital card directly. For other phones, the QR code printed on the back leads to the same profile.

Can an NFC card be reused?

Yes, you can reassign it to another employee from the admin console, without reprinting it.

What if a card is lost?

Report it lost in Brandesk: it then leads to a neutral page instead of the employee's profile.
