How billing works

You only pay for the employees who use Brandesk.

  • Only active employees are billed. Their number is updated daily; changes during a billing period are prorated.
  • Monthly or annual billing (-20%), in advance. Prices exclude VAT.
  • 14-day free trial of the Signature + Cards plan, no credit card required.
  • Payment by credit card via Stripe. Invoices available in your account.
  • NFC cards: €19 excl. VAT per card, added to the next subscription invoice.
  • Enterprise: custom quote, for multi-brand, multi-country organizations.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an active employee?

An employee whose profile is active in Brandesk. An employee who leaves the company is deactivated and no longer billed.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Access to features is suspended until you subscribe to a plan. Since no credit card is required, nothing is charged automatically.

Can we change plans or cancel?

Yes, from the billing section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do prices include VAT?

No: prices are shown excluding taxes. Applicable VAT is added.
